Management team

Cornell (b. 1968) is an experienced Regional Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the oil & energy industry. Skilled in General Management, Operations Management, HR Transformation, ISO Standards, and Lean Management. Strong sales professional with a Master of Science (MSc) focused in Marine Resource Management from Heriot-Watt University. Prior to joining PSW Technology, Cornell served as the CEO at Østerbø Gruppa. His transition to our team marks an exciting new chapter, further enhancing our collective capabilities.

Geir Knapskog joined PSW in 2022 and holds the position of Managing Director. Geir Knapskog has over 30 years experience from various management and operational positions in the oil and gas industry. He has a technical education with quality management in addition and acts as an external examiner for the University College in Vestland within Well Control equipment.

Kathinka Pettersen joined PSW in 2020 and holds the position of VP QHSE. Kathinka has more than 17 years of experience within the field of Quality and HSE and also leads the sustainability initiatives in PSW Technology. She has a background in economics from the Netherlands, and holds different certifications such as certified Lead Auditor and certified Risk Manager. Prior to PSW, Kathinka worked within the maritime and the energy industry, as well as within management consultancy.

Håvard Kallestad joined PSW Group in 2007, as one of the first employees. Kallestad holds an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences. He has over 14 years of experience from various positions within project and management in PSW Group, and prior to that he worked for Expro Group as a subsea engineer. During his time at PSW Group he has, together with Haukøy, establish the company`s strong position within the subsea market. Kallestad has since 2019 been General Manager for PSW Technology AS

Kjetil Fjellanger joined PSW Group in 2012 and entered into the position as SVP Mongstad & Offshore.He have a maritime education and Fjellanger has more then 20 years experience from varius positions in the offshore industry.
